Q: If the batteries die, will I lose all the data that the GPS Tracking Key unit has recorded?
A: No. Up to 100 hours of data is safely stored in the GPS Tracking Key’s flash memory. When memory reaches capacity, new material is automatically recorded over the oldest. Dead batteries will cause the unit to cease recording, but it will not result in data loss.
