Q: Can I program the GPS Tracking Key to locate or record at a wider time frame, to extend the life of the batteries?
A: There is no need to change the recording frequency from 1 second. Reducing the sampling rate will not extend the battery life. What does affect the battery life is how long the vehicle is in motion and also the quality of batteries being used (we recommend lithium).
